駅前の土地区画整理事業の一環として計画された、飲食・物販・オフィスからなる複合ビルである。
A ten-story mixed-use tower planned as part of a station-front land-readjustment project, layering dining, retail, and office above a neighborhood shifting toward residential. Terraces on every floor let interior activity spill outward, generating life and movement at the station edge. Planned for completion in 2028.

マンションを中心とした住宅地として整備が進む駅前に対し、あえて住宅用途ではなく、飲食とオフィスを組み合わせることで昼間人口を生み出し、新たな活動とにぎわいを誘発することを目指した。
Planned as part of a station-front land-readjustment project, this ten-story building is conceived as a catalyst for daytime activity in a neighborhood that is otherwise shifting toward residential use. Dining at street level, retail above, and office floors at the top — three programs stacked and opened to the street, establishing the building as the public face of the station precinct.
各階にはゆとりあるテラスを設け、屋内の活動が外部へと緩やかに広がる構成とした。テラスを介して人の気配や街の活動が立体的に重なり、建物そのものが駅前の新たな居場所となることで、日常の風景ににぎわいを生み出す。
A terrace on each floor extends the interior outward, creating a threshold between inside and out that shifts with the hour and the season. The terraces are not amenities appended to a standard floor plate, but structural features of the building's relationship to the street — spaces where work and the city outside remain in dialogue. Planned for completion in 2028.
